This article describes how to link your Google Apps account to Pilvi™. If you haven’t got Google Apps account currently, please read first the article Creating Google Apps Account.
Technical overview
To manage your Google Apps in Pilvi™ you have to link your current Google Apps account to Pilvi™. This is conducted by ‘token‘ that can be generated in your Google Apps account. After generating the token has to be delivered to Pilvi Support Team.
Preparations
Before you can Link your Google Apps to Pilvi™ you have to enable API access to your Google Apps Account.
1. Sign in to the Google Apps Admin Console
2. Click Security -> API reference
3. Check Enable API Access and Save changes
Now you can add your Google Apps account to Pilvi™.
Linking Google Apps to Pilvi™
1. Contact Pilvi™ Support Team (support@pilvi.com) to announce that you are going to generate a token to integrate Google Apps account to Pilvi™ (token is valid for one hour)
2. Navigate to http://admin.google.com/TransferToken and login with your Google Apps Admin account
3. Press ‘Generate New Token‘ -button
4. Send the ‘Token‘ by email to support@pilvi.com (token is valid for one hour)
5. Pilvi Support Team will inform you by email once the linkage is completed
Notice that the token is valid for one hour, so it is good to communicate with our Support Team before you are going to generate the token. Thus we are able to priorize your email and complete the linkage immediately once we get a token from you.
